 a) Good news for PdD

 With the help of Sergey Tsvetkov (thanks, friend!) I succeed to get in touch with the Russian LENR researcher Vitallii Alexeevich Kirkinskii (see in Ego Out)  who is well known for his achievements in the study of the gas-phase high temperature  Pd-D system. I want to facilitate an open discussions and - why not! collaboration between Vitalii and our other colleagues who are trying to develop the original cold fusion system. Perhaps the theorist will be also inspired by high temperature (600 C)  PdD,
Let's see.

 b) First answer to the idea of IH-ically correct  FAQ re Rossi vs  Darden litigation

 The answer comes from the middle Pillar of the DeJAvu enclave the one obsessed with the half full pipes. Actually he gives answers for other cases to how all in the same spirit.
Q: Did the one-year test produce significant excess heat?
A: No, and even if it had the instrumentation was so poor it would be impossible to confirm that.
Tomorrow it will be an ideal day to discuss these ideas.

Let me resume in an abstract the essence of the litigation:
You made 1 year of test to validate the E-Cat and got a COP indisputably good measured by a nuclear engineer chosen as the ERV by both parties, and this is a fact. IH has cashed 50 millions from Woodford and 200 millions from the Chinese Government thanks to the visits of their experts to your plant, while you were working like a beast during the nights to make the E-Cat perform well, and they also used Jim Bass of JM to get good references during the visits of their British and Chinese investors. Until then, IH did not make a single complaint of all the ones they are making now, correct? At the end of the test, when they had to pay you, they said the test was a fraud, but maintained possession of all the money they collected thanks to you during the test. Eventually, to make happy and fool their investors, (unless the same investors are in bed with IH making a more deep financial fraud) they bought with a ridiculous amount of real cash and a lot of toilet paper (shares of the empty boxes of Cherokee) a bunch of a tenth or two of fake companies, that have fake intellectual properties made by revoked patents, patent applications that will never be allowed, useless patents that have never produced anything useful and other things of the sort.

 Rossi v Darden- FAQ Frequently Asked Questions and IH-ically correct answers  
It seems things begin to be repetitive on the LENR Forum, thread about the Rossi vs Darden litigation so I think that a fine List of Frequently Asked Questions
could help for faster work.
Obviously with proper ANSWERS; if we respect the democratic principle of the majority ruling, the answer must be not politically but IH-ically correct.
IH's Principles must be strictly respected, IH's axioms included overall.
Principles simple and straightforward as: IH is the authority and makes the rules, IH is always right, know all. knows all better than anybody else, who does not accept what LENR says is not only in error, it is insane and a sinner deserving immediate punishment- fully deserves to be hurt at least verbally.
Also an IH supporters cuts "I don't know" from his dictionary, if has no ready proofs- creates them boldly. An IH thinker has axioms and certainties, knows he/she freely can ignore facts but not their (necessarily correct) interpretation.
Is aware and puts emphasis on the black/white extreme contrast between the enemy who is lying, cheating, scamming all the time so hatred toward the nemy is both a pleasure and and duty and has to be epidemically extended to collaborators, allies, supporters of the enemy. Total gratitude and admiration for IH, scientifically correct LENR's generous funder and savior, also benefactor of good investors, hero of ecology.
All these things must be taken seriously...and in consideration.
I am convinced many people will help with the FAQ.

 No LENR events today just a few publications. CMNS, Vortex performing Spring hibernation (mainly) 
LENR Forum traveling toward radicalization- see please paper 2) - unusually pacifist for his author, but relevant.
The IH party after collapse of its crown proof- the famous  Exhibit 5 conceived by Joe Murray is trying to implement its unique possible solution- invalidating the ERV Report. By any means first of all loud statements as:
"the data on performance from Rossi/Penon is worthless"

"Rossi collected only daily totals in a handwritten log"

They forget the raw data on which the ERV Report is based- we have heard about some 600000 pages- a plausible number given the duration of the Test- over 5 millions of minutes.
In this  stage it is useless to try any discussion with the IH partisans they are too angry and immune to logic.

 LENR THINKER

 I am discussing many times about problem solving with my grandchildren. Usually the first rule is to define the problem, to understand it. However, there is a zeroth rule of problem solving:
Accept, embrace , like it, connect to it, consider it a fragment of your existence, live it. The zeroth rule  is valid for both mathematical  and real life problems.
It is especially applicable for problems on the far right side of the Medawar Zone -as LENR. 
For me the LENR problem is the creation and I apply the zeroth principle to it. I "love" it and I am trying to love it intelligently and creatively. That  means: to see it in context (maximum), connection (with its neighboring issues) in evolution (read please the first Motto and meditate upon it) and its integrality not extracting
small chunks of it, not applying 'divide et impera' to its parts, however respecting values and  understanding complexity and diversity. Trying desperately hard to create and maintain a holistic and holographic vision of LENR.

There are very serious problems with the zeroth principle of problem solving
in our field, cohorts of people driven by anything else as envy and hatred and actually not interested in solving the problem of LENR, the problem of new energy.
I still hope sincere and dedicated problem solvers will eventually prevail.

I saw the rules for Florida civil jury trials give below:

Civil Proceedings

There is a “strong presumption of openness” for civil trials in Florida. Barron v. Florida Freedom Newspapers, 531 So. 2d 113, 118-19 (Fla. 1988). A judge will only hold a closed civil trial in limited circumstances. For example, you may excluded from the trial to keep trade secrets safe, to protect national security, and to avoid substantial injury to innocent third parties, such as children in a divorce case. Moreover, the trial court will only close the proceedings if there is no reasonable alternative to closure and the closure is the least restrictive form necessary.

Do you know if your court proceedings will be open for the public to follow the trial?
