DAILY NOTES

I have to confess that there are some days when my weaknesses seem stronger than me - and this is manifest via hits of conformism, suddenly I want to behave well to respect standards- to be  a "good boy" This morning for example I decided "you are old, you have to do what old men usually do". Then I read my postings and the first one was 
A Word A Day- it happens the word was "satori"; I used and abused it in EGO-OUT.
I remembered then inspired by the site: "when Josef Stalin was old he was preoccupied by LINGUISTIC- you must do the same". This great deed of the dictator has happened in ta year when everybody in the socialist countries had the obligation to send Stalin presents for his birthday and I had worked a half night to hand paint a chess table. The episode with Stalin, Marr and linguistics is on the Web and forgotten for now- as far I know it was a rather smart contribution, surprisingly.
If Koba made linguistic- perhaps i have to make linguistic too.

OK- I have two problems that belong to linguistics and the Web does not help enough.
a) The start point of my personal philosophy described for example here:

is the INTERESTINGNESS of the world- we are living in the most interesting (not goodm=, not bad) world, Nature main ambition is to bee interesting... However the word Interestingness is not popular and it is not attractive.
So what I need is kind of meta-synonym, or a metaphor straightly opposed  to Occam's Razor largo sensu. I was not able to find a really good solution.
And the situation is excessively interesting...

b) Based on my life experience and especially on my nasty meetings with bureaucracy I have concluded that a main source of our troubles and tragedies is
"Means Replacing Aims" It is destructive especially for organizations that start as means for a purpose but degrade to being aims-  self-interest selfishness prevails 
the aims for which it was created are forgotten, with cruelty.
There is a word- verb: "meansaiming" but does it adequately describe the means swallow aims process?

I am grateful to Fate that my hits of conformism are still ephemeral but linguistic has to be taken seriously- in LENR too.

Abstract
Many energy storage materials undergo large volume changes during charging and discharging. The resulting stresses often lead to defect formation in the bulk, but less so in nanosized systems. Here, we capture in real time the mechanism of one such transformation—the hydrogenation of single-crystalline palladium nanocubes from 15 to 80 nm—to better understand the reason for this durability. First, using environmental scanning transmission electron microscopy, we monitor the hydrogen absorption process in real time with 3 nm resolution. Then, using dark-field imaging, we structurally examine the reaction intermediates with 1 nm resolution. The reaction proceeds through nucleation and growth of the new phase in corners of the nanocubes. As the hydrogenated phase propagates across the particles, portions of the lattice misorient by 1.5%, diminishing crystal quality. Once transformed, all the particles explored return to a pristine state. The nanoparticles’ ability to remove crystallographic imperfections renders them more durable than their bulk counterparts.

Dear Dr Andrea Rossi:
the “peripathetics on the bankroll of IH”, as correctly DT called them, are trying to force you to make the process in the blogs, in particular in LENR forum, that is their blog, instead of in court.
Your attorneys correctly want you to confine any discussion in court and you correctly respect this. Anyway, this attempt of IH gives evidence of their weakness in court. Do you agree?

DT,

You mention that JM Products could have been producing the chemicals that were needed by Leonardo Corporation. My thinking is that JM Products could have used the platinum black (platinum sponge) in a pressurized hydrogen environment — UTILIZING THE HEAT FROM THE PLANT — as a spillover catalyst to produce atomic hydrogen that could hydrogenate nickel. Hence, the product being produced (which would be very useful to Leonardo Corporation) could have been optimally hydrogenated nickel.

Do you think this is a likely scenario?

What are your thoughts on this possibility?

To me, regardless of any other considerations, it would seem to have been a beneficial arrangement between JM Products and Leonardo Corporation. Moreover, it would show that both manufacturing was taking place and the heat from the plant was being utilized.
