Some branches of Science happen to be not fast at all, however the wisdom-gathering of the people dedicated to them is spectacularly slower than the development of the respective Science.

I have the bad habit of taking the things much too seriously, I lack sense of humor and even of reality and I am too pessimist. My recent disputes with the activeROBOTSPEAKERS is actually an insoluble problem- all they have is a target: 
Andrea Rossi and his Ecat-Technology and all their effort aimed exactly to discrediting the person and the technology. Structurally perhaps not, but functionally they are unstoppable robots and follow stubbornly scenarios that are regenerable as the Hydra of Lerna see please:
They - as functional robots do not care for useless details as logical consistency, raeson, scruples, minimal plausibility. Water is under pressure in a circuit that till yesterday was considered open ended (in the reservoir of warm water) No problem.
This seems to be the bad part making communication impossible  and the propagandists inerrant and bullet-proof to all kind of logical argument-projectiles.
The GOOD even excellent aspect is that they still consider the fuzzy and dilettante Exhibit 5 as their main weapon in the war and Trial with the Rossi technology.
I dare to predict that they will confirm, deny and ignore this, in the same time- as usual. With such a weapon...vae victis and Rossi has not why to worry.

Ethan Siegel is a Prof of Physics, specialized in String theory. A Physicist of our Team is a student of his and I know he is an excellent Professor. I think from his point of view he maybe right. He will change his attitude toward LENR when he will see plants in operation, because he is intellectually honest.

No, electron capture happens only in atoms with excess of protons. To say that in LENR happens electron capture means either to fool naif audiences or not to have understood what LENR are.

The invention relates to a LENR-based heat source based on the coupling of nanoparticles production in a Dielectric Barrier Discharge Hydrogen Plasma (DBD-WP) with simultaneous generation of heat by Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) on the generated nanoparticles and on the nano-structured base electrode, stimulated by a pressure-charged hydrogen plasma. The ongoing formation of nanoparticles are always energetic-highly active reaction surfaces on both the air-floating nanoparticles as well as on the surface of the metallic counter electrode available. 
The heat and the nanoparticles are removed with the hydrogen serving as a carrier gas from the reactor.

      I've often wondered who's in charge as well, specially after having David Kidwell as a Keynote Speaker in 2013 at ICCF-18.

    Katsuaki Tanabe of Kyoto University showed that when sending a laser beam onto the nanoparticles, the magnetic field is increasing within the particles by a factor of 10. In the case of nano particles coated a metal layer the field could grow by a factor of 1,000.

    Wonderful presentation showing plasmonic enhancement effects in nano particles and nano shell structures which may inform LENR fuel design.

    There has been a half dozen experiments conducted using gold nanoparticles irradiated by medium powered lasers in dissolved uranium salts that show LENR effects.

    One experiment showed a reduction in U232 half life from 67 years to 6 microseconds.

    Another showed the production of tritium and also its stabilization to He3 together with the fission of Thorium-232 - 232Th.

    LENR is a process of amplification of the electroweak force producing amplified nuclear decay. Subsequent secondary nuclear reactions are a result of the production of sub atomic particles produced as a byproduct generated by the nuclear decay through the weak force. Protons and neutron decay producing muons that then produce secondary reactions featuring muon catalyzed fusion of light elements and fission of heavy elements.
