A few preliminary thoughts about ICCF20 ...and SSICCF20
These are just personal comments.
Yesterday the list of oral presentation has appeared at the ICCF20 site, today the satellite or sister symposium site, SSICCF20 in China is inaccessible, probably they re also publishing the same list, soon.
The first words that came in my mind seeing the list were; Continuity, Progress but no Breakthroughs. We will see later if this appreciation is correct.
Obviously, because I am a convinced and typical technologist, the fallowing papers
are especially interesting for me:
Controlled Electron Capture: Enhanced Stimulation and Calorimetry Methods (20) Francis Tanzella (SRI International,USA ) (for Brillouin)
Phonon Gain Heralds Successful Cold Fusion (20) Mitchell Swartz
(Nanortech, Inc., USA )
These smell of technology more or less. I am expecting progress from the Miley team!
AS you know I believe the original PdD electrolytic cell sysstem is unable inherently to give perfectly reproducible (and permanently, recipe based reproducible) ; if this happens I will retire from the LENR field.
Very interesting are

Controlled Electron Capture: Enhanced Stimulation and Calorimetry Methods (20) Francis Tanzella (SRI International,
Validation of Brillouin Energy Corporation: Hydrogen Hot
Tube Experiments (20) Michael Halem (LENR-Invest LLC ,
USA ) (for Brillouin)
Progress in Development of a Power Source Based on Low
Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENRs) (20) George Miley (University of Illinois ,
USA )
These smell of technology more or less. I am expecting progress from the Miley team!
AS you know I believe the original PdD electrolytic cell sysstem is unable inherently to give perfectly reproducible (and permanently, recipe based reproducible) ; if this happens I will retire from the LENR field.
Very interesting are
Fluorescence Based Temperature Sensor for In-Situ
Sub-Micron Heat Detection on D/H-Loaded Palladium Electrode Surfaces (20)
Sangho Bok (University of Missouri ,
USA ) this one has impressed me a very creative idea to measure local temperatures
Hyperfine Interactions in Pd foils during D/H
electrochemical loading (20) Graham Hubler (University
of Missouri , USA ) on the SKINR line...
I am also very curious about:
ICARUS 9 Replication (20)
Jean-Paul Biberian (Aix-Marseille University, France
Many interesting theory papers, the most promising one seems to be:
Formation of Coherent Correlated States as the Universal
Method of Explanation of LENR Paradoxes and Solving of LENR Problems (20)
Vladimir Vysotskii (Kiev National Shevchenko
University , Ukraine ) the author has related about it to Ego Out
Lots of interesting experimental papers that must be studied!
(it will continue)
