An other new septoe

I have also read with pleasure Gina's first septoes and I found inspiration to
add an other one, in fact a translation of a Valeriu Butulescu aphorism

"Populism is moving the Center to Periphery"

I wonder which is more socially noxious- populism or cult of celebrity,
taking in account their intensities, extension and effects on thinking.
Butulescu's statement is valid for both.
