The first rule of elections.

This blog will be not very concerned with politics.
However I have discovered or rediscovered the basic law on which you can choose a candidate
or a party at elections.
It's kind of a inequality. non-equality whatever, perhaps the best solution is to call it simply Gluck's rule: 

If B is worse than A, this does NOT mean in any way, that A is better than B.
