No, FAIRNESS is not a 100% euphemism for HONESTY; it is some superposition, intersection between the two concepts but not so important. Anyway fairness refers here to correcnes, respect of facts, written and unwritten rules, style and- in extremism- even a bit of elegance in behavior - related to quality and nobleness.
This morning I have read my Gmail messages and two of them made me angry and sad
The first came from Abd-ul Rahman Lomax an old discussion partner whom I sincerely admire for his encyclopedic LENR culture and elevated, clearly non-dualistic mode of thinking,and, I consider a blessing that usually our opinions- as those about reliability/reproducibilily problem in LENR are almost opposite creating broad spaces for discussion. However it seems that the acerbic and bitter Rossi-IH dispute is creating too much enmity and does not contribute much to the level, wording, quality, yes fairness of our myriads of disputes. (I feel guilty too but I can invoke self-defense- knowing it will be instantly denied with rage.)

you WROTE "Dewey Weaver just admitted on Lenr-Forum that IH’s strategy was to hedge their investment from the start..." and then attributes to me writing what is cited- by some Ad Astra and published on Rossi's JONP. Abd considers me the author despite the fact that I have explained so many times that it is my obligation as blogger to cite a large diversity of opinion without caring if it happens it is something very offending for in person- as being retarded, n obstacle to the progress of LENR, witched or corrupted by Rossi etc.
I take responsibility for what I say in my notes, editorials, comments but not for what other people write. It was unfair from Abd to say " You are tossing mud, Peter, I'm sad to see it." Have no idea what he actually thinks but I have high/deep doubts he likes Dewey's and Jed's modus operandi and parlandi in this fight. His (Abd's) ideal solution for solving LENR's problems- creating a future for it is: a successful, bright, repetitions of Melvin Miles stellar experiments from 1991 and a perfect demonstration of D +D --> He in a perfectly convincing manner; skeptics will shut up and funding will flow to LENR, bright future.
And who knows why is he now such an IH-phile?
The second nasty comment came from an Anonymous- my guess he is a known researcher, possibly a friend of mine. It is not for the first time that I feel the ill-will

It starts with: "Peter, with a friend like you, LENR doesn't need enemies. Your constant ludicrous bitching about how horrible "wet" PdD is..." He ignores completely my explanations, my scientific-technical arguments, the idea that PdD has huge merits but has attained its inhere nt limits. He seems to not understand my motivation- I am fighting for the victory (i.e. metamorphosis in a real energy source of LENR) , he is ready it seems to sacrifice a great and expanding Whole for a small, not healthy part. He opposes to the "let the best win!" principle.
A little devil whispers in my ear: " Be Ill-willed too, curse him - should his welfare, money, status be directly correlated with the successes, breakthroughs, progress in Pd D in the coming years!
But he is lucky, I am not ill-willed and all I am asking hims is to think. Think realistically and objectively if possible. If he does not suffer from the SS Syndrome like me.
A third example is what Jed Rothwell is doing on more Vortex chains. He says that he had access to many (all) the data of the 1MW test and these demonstrate beyond any doubt that IH is right, Rossi is wrong and the ERV is a complete XXXXX
It seems he is using imaginary data, that is very different from what the report (and Rossi- see the superheated steam and the 100.1 C issues for example.) Jed does not want or cannot answer the simplest question as the daily electricity consume pof the plant but wants to believed. Is this fair, collegial? Discovering the truth is not easy, but insulting anybody who thinks differently is easy. But unfair.It is painful to see him as an IH Warrior, much more wishing to be the E-Cats gravedigger that a builder of LENR.

ABSTRACT:
The first part of the article sets out the elements of
the theory of low energy nuclear reactions
(LENR). Integral semi empirical and differential
LENR simulations based on the analysis of the
mass excess for the initial and destination of
combustion products are proposed. Our model
fully relies on the basics of classical nuclear
physics. It allows recommending new fuels for
similar processes heat generation with the
comparative assessments of their thermal
efficiency. The second part of the article submits
the detail differential LENR simulation bases on
the analysis of the internal structures of electron,
proton, neutron and nuclear with their particle
thermodynamics. We are introducing also the real
space thermostat, which allow us to obtain the
careful estimation of the entropy growth at the
aerospace power plant design. The last part of the
paper considers the possibility of LENR applying
in aerospace propulsion. LENR is a form of
nuclear energy and potentially has over 4,000
times of energy density chemical sources. It
does not have any harmful emissions or radiation
which makes it extremely appealing. LENR will
impact aircraft performance capabilities,
environment, economy and society.
